Ed Campbell is the Founder Chairman of (IBMBS) International Behavioral & Medical Biometrics Society (Seattle, WA) , renowned lecturer on hand analysis and dermatoglyphics in Asia, North America and Europe.

IBMBS is a Non-Governmental Organisation working on key aspects of Biometric and Behavioural Sciences. IBMBS organizes International conferences on Biometrics since 1990s. The conference intends to have broad scope, including fundamental advances in pattern recognition techniques relevant to biometrics, sensor design, new algorithms and/or technologies for biometrics, analysis of specific applications, security, privacy and analysis of the social impacts of biometric technologies. Areas of coverage include biometric systems based on fingerprint, iris, face, voice, hand, handwriting, gait and other modalities as well as biometric fusion and emerging biometrics based on novel sensing technologies. For the 6th edition, in 2017, ICONBIBS will be held in the Gandhinagar, India.

IBMBS invites reach paper submissions from experts and researchers from across the globe on above subject areas. The papers will be rigorously reviewed so as to clearly make the case for a documented improvement over existing state-of-art applications. Experimental results for contributions in established areas such as voice, face, iris, fingerprint, and gait are encouraged to use the largest and most challenging existing publicly available datasets.
